Life Skills Training

Life Skills Training focuses on the everyday habits that quietly determine whether recovery sticks or unravels. We break down practical areas-budgeting, meal planning, time management, communication, and basic home care-into simple, learnable steps. Each session gives you a chance to practice, ask questions, and get honest feedback in a supportive setting.
Rather than lecturing, we work alongside you: creating a weekly schedule that actually fits your life, building a simple budget, planning a few healthy meals, or role-playing a tough conversation with an employer or family member. For many, these skills become the bridge between treatment and truly independent living. When paired with transitional housing, counseling, or sober living supports, life skills work helps you move from surviving to functioning, and then from functioning to genuinely thriving in your new chapter.
